The real estate market is still significantly affected by high mortgage interest rates, which have been around 6% for several months. However, the difficult situation seems to have bypassed the premium property segment. Interest in them is high. This is confirmed, for example, by the Rezidence Norská project, which offers luxury apartments in a newly reconstructed corner Art Nouveau building right next to Heroldovy sady in Prague 10.
