The residential project in Prague's Koněvova Street was completed and approved in December 2021. It offers 141 apartments on a total area of 7,715 m². Retail non-residential spaces with an area of 1,382 m² were created on the ground floor and basement. The project respects the traditional character of Žižkov's streets, two heritage-protected historical buildings standing on the property have been sensitively reconstructed. The RSBC Group holds a 50% stake in the project and is a partner of the developer MS-INVEST, a.s.
